2 Start playing any video
3 Tap the Cast icon (rectangle with Wi-Fi waves) in the top right
4 Select your TV or streaming device
Your TV must be on and connected to the same Wi-Fi.
From a computer
1 Go to youtube.com
2 Play a video
3 Click the Cast icon in the video player or top right menu
4 Choose your TV
Works with smart TVs Chromecast Roku Apple TV Fire TV and most modern TVs.
If you do NOT see the Cast button
You can still do it manually.

• Open the YouTube app directly on the TV
• Sign in
• Search and play the video
Roku
• Open the YouTube channel
• Or use Screen Mirroring from your phone if casting does not appear
Apple TV
• Use AirPlay from iPhone
• Control Center → Screen Mirroring → Apple TV
Quick troubleshooting
• TV and phone must be on the same Wi-Fi
• Restart the YouTube app
• Restart the TV if the Cast icon disappears
